Non-refundable advances
Advance payments may be non-refundable once design coordination, site measurement, supplier booking, material procurement, or fabrication preparation has started.
Custom fabrication limitations
Custom aluminium, glass, joinery, facade, and interior components are generally not refundable once produced, cut, ordered, processed, or allocated to a project.
Design fee policy
Design, concept, 3D visualization, consultation, measurement, and documentation fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or substantially started.
Material procurement conditions
Materials purchased, reserved, imported, cut, or customized for a client project may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Cancellation terms
Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Any refund or credit depends on completed work, committed costs, supplier conditions, and the stage of the project.
